Dean of Faculty and Research, Deutsche Post DHL Group Professor in Sustainable Accounting, ESMT Berlin
Per Olsson is professor of accounting, Dean of Faculty, and holds the Deutsche Post DHL Group Professorship in Sustainable Accounting at the FUTURE Institute. Per has a research track record in the area of financial accounting, especially with respect to capital markets. His current research is on ESG reporting, with a focus on finding ways to measure and report a company’s environmental and social impact. As such, it speaks to numerous SDGs, including SDG 13: Climate Action and SDG15: Life on Land. His research has been published in leading accounting journals, including the Accounting Review and the Review of Accounting Studies. Per holds a PhD from the University of Stockholm.
